L’Assemblée nationale a voté, jeudi, le projet de loi portant à 65 ans l’âge d’admission à la retraite pour les travailleurs relevant de professions ou emplois dont les conditions d’accès et d’exercice sont spécifiques.
Ces professions ou emplois seront déterminés par décret, selon l’exposé des motifs du projet de loi consulté par l’APS.
Dans ce document, le gouvernement rappelle que ‘’l’allongement de la retraite au-delà de la limite légale de 60 ans demeure une préoccupation constante pour les travailleurs relevant de professions dont les conditions d’accès et d’exercice sont spécifiques’’.
Il ajoute que ‘’l’accès tardif à certains emplois ou professions dû à la durée des études impacte considérablement sur la durée de carrière et par conséquent sur le niveau de de retraite’’.
Selon l’exposé des motifs, ‘’la technicité de certains emplois ou profession ainsi que leur importance économique et sociale justifient la nécessité pour les parties au contrat de travail de prolonger des services’’.
Le document ajoute qu’’’il s’avère dès lors opportun de prévoir pour ces emplois et professions la possibilité de poursuivre les relations de travail en modifiant les dispositions de l’article L. 69 du Code du travail pour accorder aux parties la faculté de prolonger les liens contractuels de travail au-delà de 60 ans sans dépasser la limite de 65 ans’’.

Le ministre de l’Enseignement supérieur, de la Recherche et de l’Innovation, Chekih Oumar Hanne, a réceptionné de nouvelles infrastructures à l’Université Cheikh-Anta-Diop (UCAD) de Dakar, annonce un communiqué reçu à l’APS.
La cérémonie s’est déroulée en présence du recteur de l’UCAD, Ibrahima Thioub, et d’autres personnalités, selon le texte.
Le lot d’infrastructures réceptionnées comprend 22 bureaux destinés aux enseignants, une salle de réunion et 28 bureaux de la faculté des lettres, précise le communiqué.
Cheikh Oumar Hanne a rappelé que la réception de ces infrastructures et de ce matériel entre dans le cadre d’un programme d’urgence destiné aux universités publiques, pour les doter d’infrastructures permettant d’accueillir tous les bacheliers de 2019.
Ce programme va améliorer ‘’les conditions d’encadrement des étudiants’’, selon le communiqué.
M. Hanne a également visité deux amphithéâtres préfabriqués de 750 places chacun, en cours de finition, derrière la bibliothèque centrale de l’UCAD.
La visite s’est achevée par l’amphithéâtre rénové de 2.000 places situé sur le parking de la faculté des sciences juridiques et politiques, selon le communiqué.
Il annonce que dans les prochains jours, d’autres infrastructures du programme d’urgence seront réceptionnées dans d’autres universités.

Sur 920 tests effectués, 110 sont revenus positifs au Covid-19, soit un taux de positivité de 11, 9%, a indiqué la directrice générale de la Santé, Marie Khémess Ngom Ndiaye.
Lors du point de presse quotidien sur la situation de l’épidémie au Sénégal, elle a précisé que 102 des nouvelles contaminations étaient issues des cas contacts suivis tandis que 8 provenaient de la transmission communautaire à La Médina (3) et à Touba (5).
Le Sénégal vient d’enregistrer deux décès supplémentaires liés au Covid-19, ce qui porte à 21 le nombre total de décès, a déclaré la directrice de la Santé.
Le premier est un homme âgé de 75 ans. Il est décédé à Touba mardi à son arrivée au service d’urgence de l’hôpital Matlaboul Fawzayni. Le second est également un homme de 75 ans, résidant à Ngor (Dakar), décédé ce mercredi à 3h 10 à l’hôpital Fann.
Quarante patients ont été déclarés guéris, selon la directrice générale de la Santé, ajoutant que l’état de santé des autres patients est stable.
Huit cas graves sont en observation, a indiqué Marie Khémess Ngom Ndiaye.
A ce jour, le Sénégal compte 2105 cas de covid-19 dont 782 guéris, 21 décès et 1301 patients sous traitement.
